Au Beurre Royal is a family project. Every recipe starts with beurre de baratte, churned the traditional way, then shaped, flavored, and packaged entirely by hand in our atelier. The selection changes with the seasons: a new recipe most months, so what's on the counter today may not be there next month. Everything is sold exclusively at our boutique in Paris's 7th arrondissement, nowhere else.
